Yes, you can leave the personal gift message blank and your order will be considered anonymous Flower Land will not share/give any personal/Individual data or information that may result from your purchase according to the national Data Protection Act.
What is the procedure if the recipient refutes to accept the flowers or Gifts?
If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, the sender will be contacted by our sales team and be offered (2) options, 1: the recipient can collect the gift from our Showroom in Mdina road Qormi or 2: The sender may pay an additional € 5.00 to have the gift delivered to another address. (the sender will be held fully liable for the cost of the gift if un-delivered)
Can I order flowers/gifts if I’m ordering from abroad?
Yes, it is important to know the correct address where you want the flowers to be delivered, and to list a Local telephone/mobile number should the recipient not be available or not answer for the delivery as to be contacted by Flower Land sales team and have the gift delivered.

Our delivery person is advised to try multiple times during his shift before returning your order back, should your order be returned first the flowers will be placed in our cold store, you will be contacted by phone or email for further instructions, should you wish your order to be re-delivered there is a € 5.00 additional charge or you can collect your order from our shop for free.

Will flowers be delivered to the address shown in the Paypal address?
NO, The flowers/Gifts will be delivered to the address that you have provided us during checkout on our website any other information eg: shipping address on your Paypal transaction will be ignored.

The flower composition is not exactly like the one you ordered why?
The flower bouquet composition may be different, due to the seasonal availability of fresh flowers it may be necessary to vary individual stems from those shown. Our skilled florists may substitute flowers for one similar in style, quality and value. Where our designs include a sundry item such as a vase or basket it may not always be possible to include the exact item as displayed. If such an occasion arises we will make every effort to replace the item with a suitable alternative.

This is done through a secure bank payment system and a receipt of payment will be sent to you by email, in the receipt we send you by email your bank/card details are not shown for security purposes,
Flower land does not store or keep any bank details on record after your purchase has been completed.
