Same day delivery
If you order by 10:00 am Malta (Central European time), we can typically deliver the flowers the same day by not later than 8:00 pm > Monday through Friday. Due to high delivery amounts, it is important that you call our online administration on +356 99512512 or +356 27496985 to ensure that your order can be delivered on that same day and on the time requested. For same day service on Saturday and Sunday please contact +356 99512512 for availability. If still the order is made, and same day delivery cannot be affected then the delivery will be scheduled for the next day.
Deliveries are done on a daily basis from Monday to Friday, Saturday morning only by our in-house delivery team. We do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays, including Christmas day, Boxing day, New year's eve, New year's day and Easter Sunday.
If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is a €10.00 charge for address correction and re-delivery. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
Recipient is not available
Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbour or colleague at work. If none is available an authorised representative from Flower Land will contact the sender by phone or E-mail to arrange for pick-up or re-deliver at an extra cost of €5.00.
These orders are our very highest priority. If you have ordered too late to make the flower delivery to the funeral service we will call to let you know quickly so that you can make other arrangements or have something sent to the home of the family. In any case we do not reach you by phone we will send you an e-mail awaiting further instructions. Funeral ceremony times typically start at 8:00 am or at 2:00 pm (+/0:30 minutes) from Monday to Friday and at 9:00am or 4pm on Saturday, As not to be disappointed we suggest that order for funerals that will be held the next day before 9am do ensure you have confirmed your order before 8pm or if later please call (+356 99512512) before confirming your order
• For flowers delivered to church where funeral ceremony will take place: include church name, locality & exact time the ceremony starts in the additional information box.
• For Delivery to Mortuary room please specify in the additional information box which: Hospital and exact time funerary vehicle will leave the Mortuary room. (Usually approx 1:00 hour before Funeral ceremony starts)
Cancelling or Changing an Order
Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered products we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process, en-route or delivered. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed please call (+356) 2749 6985 or (+356) 99512512 to advise us immediately and place your order on hold.
If delivery has already been attempted please note that there is an additional €10.00 charge to re-deliver.
All changes or cancellations must be sent from the same e-mail you have processed your payment, orders are effectively cancelled once email has been received.
Any orders that have been placed & paid for by mistake and our online sales representatives have been requested to cancel the said order ref#, in such cases you (the buyer) are solely eligible for a credit note of the full amount.
• That if such cases arises our company doesn’t issue money refunds.
• Credit note amount should be redeemed within (1) one calendar year from the date of issue.
• A credit note is only issued and sent to the email you have supplied during your purchase order.
• Please allow (5) five Working days for the credit note to be issued.
Recipient refusal of delivery
If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, the sender will be held fully liable for the cost of the gift/s.
Recipient may be contacted
In some cases a representative from Flower Land may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be at the requested address to accept the delivery, such as (Government offices, schools or restricted access addresses).
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to vary individual stems from those shown to create your bouquet due to seasonal availability of certain flowers. Care is taken by our professional skilled florist to maintain style, theme and colour scheme, using flowers of equal or greater value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays and seasonal events. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose’s bouquet, gerbera or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another colour. Where our designs include a sundry item such as a vase, basket, pick, or balloon it may not always be possible to include the exact item as displayed. If such an occasion arises we will make every effort to replace the item with a suitable alternative.
The message that you write in the personal gift message field is the message that is sent with the gift. We do not include any billing information with your order, all messages and data provided within order provided by the sender are kept confidential. If personal gift message is left blank the delivery will be considered anonymous.
